When you proceed through our checkout system for Audio Accessories and Headphones to make a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and understand that upon approval of your credit card (or other payment form), you will have completed your purchase and that your credit card will be charged (after confirmation of available stock) in the amount shown.

Returns
Should it be necessary to return one of our good looking micro audio systems, you may return it for an exchange only, excluding any shipping and insurance charges, within a period of 7 days.

Please note:
- Items that require assembly, once assembled, cannot be returned.
- Special Order items such as speakers, hi-fi components are not returnable nor refundable.
- We will only exchange a product, we do not refund.

To return an item you must phone us prior to returning for approval. All merchandise purchased from The Mini Hi Fi Room is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor.
Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature / instructions / documentation and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method.

The Mini Hi Fi Room is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
No Exchanges Will Be Made After 7 Days.

If any of the above conditions are not met, The Mini Hi Fi Room reserves the right either to refuse the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 15%.
