How to Order?
There are 3 simple ways to order Hi Fi Systems:
1) Traditional way - Come to our Show Room on 147 King Street, Level 1. Listen, Consider and Buy. Or you can jump straight to Buy!

Delivery?
We deliver around Australia.
Delivery for hifi units is $18 per box /unit (Sydney). For all other areas and states we will provide a quote at the time of the order.
Smaller accesories (headphones, cables) purchased through online shopping cart is $12 per unit (Australia wide).
Goods will couriered / sent to your address once payment has been made & funds cleared. Allow 2-4 working days for Stocked item. Some items and delivery locations may take longer, we will confirm delivery date upon receiving your order.
Payment?
In exchange for your new hi fi audio system we accept the following types of payment:
Credit Card (Visa Mastercard) - In person, phone, online via PayPal (shopping cart).
Cheque - Payable to Hi-Fi Systems Pty Ltd. Goods will be delivered when funds are cleared.
Bank Cheque - Payable to Hi-Fi Systems Pty Ltd
Direct Credit - Please call.
Cash - in person only
Shopping Cart
Shopping cart can be used to purchase small audio accessories in the Cables, Headphones and Accessories range. When using the shopping cart follow the simple steps:
1. Select / Add your goodies and no. of units
2. Happy with contents? Then proceed to check out.
3. Register for new customers (this so we have your billing information and to delivery your premium hifi accessories!). Login user name & password for existing customers.
4. Shipping - please select "Custom Shipping" Cost is $12 per unit.
5. Select Payment Method - Call during opening hours or Credit Card via Palpay.
6. Done! A email will be sent to you confirming your purchase order.
(Note: if you have chosen to Call for Payment, goods will not be dispatched until payment has been made).
I'm Eager for my New Sound System - when will it Arrive?
Stocked Items will take 2-4 working days from payment / cleared funds (depending on payment method).
Non stocked items, special request order may take longer depending on when the next shipment will be received. 50% Deposit is required for Special Orders.
Warranty & Faulty Goods
All Audio Goods & Audio Accessories are covered by a manufacturers warranty, provided to you by the relevant Australian importer. We will handle the warranty claim for you, after we receive the goods back from you. Mini Hifi will pay for all freight to return to the Importer, plus delivery costs to return the items back to you.
It is your responsibility to return the item to us and we highly recommend that you ship your item via a traceable and insured method. The Mini Hi Fi Room will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods in transit.
Before returning any goods to us, we recommend you read the following checklist to save you time & hassle:
Product Exchange
We don't refund for change in mind so please carefully consider before you buy. Exchange for an equal or more dollar value amount (excluding shipping & insurance changes) is allowed within a period of 7 days. Please note that:
- items that require assembly, once assembled can not be returned.
- Special order items such as speakers, hi fi components are not returnable nor refundable.
- we will only exchange a product, we do not refund.
Please call The Mini Hi-Fi Room before returning any products for exchange.
